Ontario Annual Return

All companies incorporated in Ontario must file an Annual Return. The return includes the company’s address as well as a list of directors and officers. The return is due within 6 months of the company’s year end.

Before your first filing, you will need to request a company key from Ontario.
Request Company Key (https://www.appmybizaccount.gov.on.ca/onbis/companykey/?lang=en)

Once you receive the key and are ready to file:
File Ontario Annual Return (https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-business-registry-all-services#section-3)

Follow these steps:

• Select “Annual Return”
• Access your corporations Ontario Business Registry profile
• Select Create/Sign into My Ontario Account
• Select a profile > Continue
• File annual return
