For corporations
Our basic corporate service starts at $200 per month, with the actual price depending on the complexity of the financial statements. We notify you of the associated fee before commencing any work.
Financial Statements can be prepared on either a “Notice to Reader” or “Review” basis. A “Notice to Reader” engagement is the most common and is appropriate when the owner is directly involved in the business. A “Review” engagement may be required if the business has obtained financing from a bank, or if the business is a franchise.
Pricing assumes that all bank accounts have been reconciled, bookkeeping is reasonably well done, and a current version of accounting software is used. Phone consultations (under 10 minutes each) throughout the year are included.
For individuals
A basic tax return starts at $500. The actual price will depend on the complexity of the return.
For estates
A final and/or estate return normally ranges from $500 to $1,500 depending on the complexity of the returns.
