Gary began his career in data processing. He worked nights to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Concordia University and graduated with honours, magna cum laude. He articled with a national accounting firm and worked in industry as an accounting manager for Nortel Networks before opening his own practice in 1987.
Gary built his organization with two guiding principles: team and training. The company’s team concept promotes support and cooperation among the staff as well as uninterrupted workflow, and frees time for the senior accountants to field and respond to client queries.
